Vendor Applications

The Halifax Jazz Festival is proud to celebrate our 40th anniversary in 2026 and we’re inviting local food, crafter, artisan, and retail vendors to be part of this landmark year. Each July, the Halifax Jazz Festival transforms downtown Halifax into a vibrant, music-filled village, welcoming tens of thousands of music lovers, families, and tourists to our Main Stage. Our audiences come to discover and support the unique flavours, creativity, and small businesses that make our region special.

We are now accepting vendor applications for food trucks, food vendors, artisan makers, and specialty retailers to join us for the 2026 festival. Vendors will receive high-visibility placement in our Vendor Village on the waterfront with access to large daily crowds, and inclusion in our festival promotions leading up to and throughout the event. Dates are July 8 - 12.
