Accessiblity and Harm Reduction Crew:
Our crew is all about making sure everyone feels safe, included, and able to take part, no matter their background, ability, or experience. We focus on accessibility by removing barriers wherever we can, whether that’s helping people navigate spaces, offering clear information, or just being approachable and supportive. We also take a harm reduction approach, which means we meet people where they’re at without judgment. At the end of the day, we’re here to create a space where people feel respected, supported, and able to fully enjoy themselves.

Kid Zone Crew:
Volunteering with the KidsZone crew is a fun, feel-good experience—you'll be part of a high-energy, positive team that’s all about creating magical moments for kids and their families. You’ll help set up and tear down each day, keep toys and equipment stocked and ready, and jump in to support entertainers or organizations when needed. Most of your time is spent connecting with families, playing with kids, and making sure everyone feels welcome and included. It can be busy, but in the best way.
Info Services Crew:
Do you like people? And chatting to them about almost anything? Are you a problem-solver? Then Info Services is the team for you! Info Services volunteers are often the first friendly face people meet at the Festival. We encourage them to attend concerts, answer many kinds of questions, provide directions, assist with lost & found items, receive festival feedback and generally help out by resolving all kinds of issues (or finding someone who can). Members of this crew should enjoy interacting with the public, have strong communication skills, and be problem solvers.
There are 2 Info Services areas:
Gate A volunteers engage with festival goers and the general public … encouraging them to visit. This may also involve promoting the festival along Lower Water St and the Waterfront.
Inside site volunteers engage with those already attending. This is also where Lost & Found is located.
