The Liquor Store is a musical project from young and talented musicians of Montreal.

The Liquor Store has been promoting its groovy energy since 2015 through major events (FIJM, Festival de Jazz de Lévis, Festijazz de Rimouski etc.) And homegrown tours alike in Ontario, New-Brunswick, Québec and Prince Edward-Island.

With three fresh titles available on all streaming platforms, the group offers a wide scope of takes on various styles - RnB, Funk, Hip-Hop, Soul, Electronica and Jazz. They seek to offer explosive performances as well as intricate, well-thought, and more intimate rendering when in studio.

Following the success behind their album “NightDrive” which earned them a GAMIQ for best jazz album of the year 2020, the band also got nominated for the Best Jazz Album at l’ADISQ with ”Colossus” in 2022. They also released “The Liquor Store Big Band Vol.1” in late 2023 and are actually working on a pop EP to be released in late 2024.
